I recently had the privilege of doing my Diversity Through Leadership course through the ETF which involved me having Dr Maxine Room CBE as my mentor/ coach. My aim from the sessions was to plan my next move to a Vice Principal role. Maxine provided her expert guidance on applications, interview preparation, assessment centre advice, strategy, organisational and personal values along with an insight into working at a senior level.
