OUR MISSION
Medacrii’s mission is to educate, support and develop those across education and various business sectors who authentically want to change the narrative to ensure equity for Black and Ethnically diverse individuals and those with minority and protected characteristics.
We aim to give a robust voice to others while helping them increase their potential through personal coaching and mentoring, programmes of training and development, workshops, or bespoke activities in the public and private sector.
The MEDACRII nemonic encapsulates what we are as individuals but also a collective of experienced professionals.
